Project Overview
The project aimed to develop a state-of-the-art application for Pfizer Pharmaceutical across iOS, Android, and Desktop platforms. The primary challenge was ensuring a user-centered design (UCD) approach to create a seamless and intuitive interface that met user needs effectively.


Your Role & Process
As a Sr UI Technical Lead, I played a pivotal role in shaping the user experience through a structured design process:

  • User Research: Conducted interviews, surveys, and usability tests to gather insights into user needs and preferences.

  • Wireframing & Prototyping: Developed wireframes and interactive prototypes to visualize the user interface and interaction flows.

  • Design Iterations: Led design sprints, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to refine designs based on feedback.

  • Market Analysis: Conducted competitive research to understand industry trends and best practices.

  • Innovative Solutions: Proposed and implemented design enhancements that improved usability and engagement.

  • Feedback Integration: Iterated on designs based on continuous user feedback and usability testing results.


Final Design
The final design featured high-quality visuals and interactive prototypes, ensuring a user-friendly and aesthetically appealing interface. Key deliverables included:

  • High-Fidelity UI Designs: Delivered polished, visually compelling designs that aligned with branding and user expectations.

  • Interactive Prototypes: Developed clickable prototypes to demonstrate user flows and interactions.

  • Optimized User Experience: Implemented intuitive navigation and layout improvements based on usability testing.
